Metamorphosis

Life is full of cycles! It was about 15 years ago that I started DiscoverSwasth in the US which is now in the new avatar, A Sunlit Path in Auroville, India. It was around the same time that I discovered @tara_books in Chennai and bought a few books, The Night Life of Trees and Metamorphosis. I gave both of them away as gifts to different people and now the latter is back, greeting visitors at A Sunlit Path, gifted by Gita Wolf herself, the publisher of Tara Books!

Gita’s steady presence in my yoga classes at A Sunlit Path has been a true gift for the centre and for me. An easy and instant connection that defies logic. Her dedication to the yoga classes, the joy with which she arrives every time and her constant desire to improve and evolve helps me understand how Tara Books came to be the unique gem that it is. Gita, you remind us that life itself is a work of art. I am grateful for you and everything you create. May we all bring such beauty into this world!

Join us for yoga every Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-8am, taught by Sudha Suthanthiram (@breathewithsudha). We focus on unifying body, mind and breath and creating space in the body and mind for life to “happen”.
