FaOM Methodology Training
Dec 16-21 / Jan 20-25 / Feb 17-22 / Mar 17-22
a unique integrated curved table methodology
Enhance your skills by learning the unique yet simple FaOM Methodology that has healed countless people over the last two decades.
What is vertebrotherapy?
Vertebrotherapy is an effective and efficient methodology that is a synthesis of many techniques performed on a specialized curved table to relieve pain and speed up recovery. It involves working along the spine using hand pressure on the back of the body and spine and very gentle mobilization and manipulation of the spine and body without much physical effort. This improves energy flow while releasing pain or blockages in different parts of the body and thus improves one’s physical and emotional wellbeing with minimal intervention.
Why?
You care about healing people and are looking for a quick and efficient way to restore the pain body.
The benefits of this method includes relief from: vertebral mis-alignment; lumbago, stiff neck/shoulder, muscle tension/spasm, migrane, joint pain/locked joints, menstrual tension, low energy and poor sleep; digestive disorders, anxiety,
How is this technique unique?
You will learn using the uniquely designed curved table crafted by Fabrice himself. This table’s specific curvature creates space in the body and helps restore the body’s natural alignment. FaOM methodology is performed on this table using specific pressure to release tension and restore alignment.
When?
We offer our 6-day training program once a month from December 2024 to March 2025.
The training starts at 2:30pm and will end between 5pm and 6pm daily, depending on the group size..
For Whom?
The training is designed for:
therapists in conventional or alternate medicine looking to incorporate this into their practice
care takers of a family, both adults and children
those looking in become a body therapist in the future
individuals from any field interesting in working with the body to unlock its healing potential
Among our community of trained practitioners, we have individuals from various fields including bodywork, energy healing, massage, business, psychotherapy, dance, yoga and theatre
Approach
Over the 6 days of training, you will learn the full FaOM Methodology using the curved table. Certification will be awarded at the end upon successful completion of the training. The process will be step-by-step and progressive where you will learn one part of the body each day and on the last day, you will perform the entire methodology for one volunteer client.
Each part of the technique will be learnt using this 3-step approach:
1. Observe
In this approach, students carefully watch the teacher perform the methodology. They pay attention to hand placement, movements, pressure, and rhythm while gaining insight into the sequence of the treatment.
Benefit: Observation builds a foundational understanding of the technique, helping students visualize proper execution before attempting it themselves.
2. Receive
Here, students experience the methodology firsthand as a fellow student practitioner performs it on them. This allows them to feel the effects of the techniques and understand the ideal pressure and flow.
Benefit: Receiving the treatment enhances sensory awareness, allowing students to internalize what effective application feels like and empathize with future clients.
3. Practice
The final step involves students practicing the techniques themselves, applying what they’ve observed and experienced on a partner under the instructor's guidance.
Benefit: Hands-on practice builds muscle memory, refines technique, and boosts confidence in delivering the methodology effectively.
